An Emporium man was arraigned on DUI charges Sunday. State Troopers report
that 39 year old Todd Swartz of Rich Valley Road was pulled over in Portage
Township, near Cowley Hill Road and determined to be driving under the
influence.

He was arraigned before a Potter County District Judge.
