WFRM reports: State police across the region investigated a number of traffic mishaps over the weekend, starting with several Friday afternoon when an inch or so of very wet snow made area streets and highways extremely greasy for the afternoon commute. Some mishaps were considered “non-reportable” meaning there were no injuries and vehicles were able to leave the scene on their own. Wilbur and Margaret Gummo escaped injury at around 2:20 p.m. Friday when their Chevrolet Tracker struck an embankment off of snow-covered Route 120 in Gibson Township, Cameron County
