A Genesee man has been charged with having a fraudulent inspection sticker.

State Troopers report 54 year old Stephen Smisl of Leadville Hollow Road was pulled over on Route 6 in Roulette last week. Officers say Smisl was driving a van with a fake sticker. He was arraigned and released on 25 hundred dollars bail.
