23 year old Kevin Lunn of Coudersport accepted a plea deal today in McKean
County Court, pleading guilty to charges of aggravated indecent assault,
indecent assault, statutory sexual assault, and corruption of minors for a
sexual relationship with a 12 year old Bradford girl over the course of
three months.

He was set to appear in a jury trial this morning, but he pleaded guilty to
avoid getting a longer sentence.

While the Jury Pool was waiting, Lunn's attorney, Ray Bulson called for a
recess.

Court reconvened with a guilty plea, and one charge of aggravated assault
dropped.

He's set for sentencing June 8th. Lunn will have to appear before the Sex
offender assessment board, and could get a mandatory state sentence.
