Walter Escobar-Vega, 28 of Queens, NY has been charged with sex crimes after an alleged incident with an Oswayo Teenager.

State Police allege that Escobar-Vega met teh girl in a chat room, and traveled down to meet her.

He's facing charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, unlawful contact with a minor, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, posession of obsene or sexual material and performances, corruption of minors, and indecent assault.

The two were allegedly communicating in a Yahoo! chat room, when they began sending naked pictures of each other with their webcams.

Escobar -Vega rented a cab and drove from NY to Oswayo where he allegedly had sex with te girl in February.

Escobar-Vega faces similar charges in NY State, after the girl moved into a hotel room with him in Olean.
