State Troopers have accused a 16 year old from Genesee with simple assault,
and making terroristic threats. Officers say Warren Hanes Jr was threatened
with a gun after a verbal altercation turned physical.

The juvenile was apprehended after a standoff. He was taken to the Juvenile
probation center in Wellsboro. No injuries were reported in the incident.
