Edward Stevens of Ulysses is facing charges after an incident May 23.

According to the State police Report, Stevens was approached by 43 year old
Manny Senna of Coudersport about purchasing a windshield off a boat.
According to Police, Stevens became angry and grabbed Senna by the throat.

Harassment Charges have been filed.
