State Police are investigating an incident in West Branch Township.

According to a report, Edwin Knecht Jr. says that someone used his John
Deere Dozer to grade a 200 yard section of road leading to the Montg Potter
Recreation Association. No damage was caused to the dozer, but the parties
apparently did not ask for Knecht's permission before using it.
