Lyman Run State Park manager Chip Harrison says plans are progressing at the
Lyman Run Dam. He spoke to the Potter County Visitors Association last week,
and said that weather permitting, the cleanup is expected in September.
After that, the lake will start to be filled up in October.
The lake was drained several years ago when the earthen dam was deemed
unsafe.
