Apparently, parents in Ulysses aren’t quite sure how to handle situations
like the following. State Police were called to a playground. According to
the police log, a 4 year old struck a 13 year old.
Editor’s Note: I have a four year old. I can see absolutely NO reason why
this would warrant a call to the police.
