State Police have busted four individuals and charged them with burglary.
Ryan Hibshman, Joshua Bloom, Daniel Foster, and Jonathan Proctor are all
accused of breaking into the Ox Yoke Restaurant, Connie's Market in Ulysses,
the Ulysses American Legion, and 23 Poplar Avenue in Galeton, all between
May 27 and June 6.
The quartet faces numerous charges, including drug offenses.

yea well whoever said all of these boys are bad news,u must not know me.....because im back in school and actually have a B average and also i am goin to college next fall......so before u go sayin things that u have no idea about, why dont u use ur dang heads.....sincerely Jon Proctor
