Adelphia's creditors and bondholders have agreed on the company's emergence from bankruptcy before 2007.
The deal still hasn't been inked, and a reorganization plan still must be approved.

Time Warner and Comcast say they think a sale will be completed by the end of July.

Officials say 90 percent of Coudersport's Adelphia workforce will be absorbed by Time-Warner, and not relocated.
