The Associated Press reported last week that the deal between Time-Warner,
Comcast and Adelphia may have a few problems. Adelphia's assets could be
acquired by the end ot he month. Adelphia had recieved permission from the
bankruptcy court to continue with the sale, despite a missing
re-organization plan.

Now the hold up is approval fromt he Federal Communications Commission.
Three congressman have asked the FCC to add a contingency in the deal with
Comcast over a dispute with Mid Atlantic Sports Network over Washington
Nationals Baseball Games. Comcast has refused to Carry MASN over TV Rights
witht he Baltimore Orioles.
