A woman will stand trial on charges she fatally shot her sleeping husband after waiving her right to a preliminary hearing.Barbara Ann Peck, 40, of Emsworth, was charged in Potter County with killing her husband Russell, 42, in their Emsworth home 150 miles away.Peck allegedly told police she went to bed with a pistol loaded and cocked and waiting for her husband to fall asleep on Sept. 14.
