Troopers here and in Emporium are investigating two recent separate thefts of gasoline. A full one-gallon red plastic gasoline can belonging to Dean Lampman of Ulysses was taken Wednesday between 10:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. from a locating along side Lehman Hollow Road. Between 3:00 p.m. December 12 and 6:00 a.m. December 18, thieves stole about 10 gallons of fuel from a truck owned by Mid-Cameron Authority while it was parked on the South Mountain Road in Emporium,
