WFRM Reports:
Bitter cold weather is firmly entrenched in the twin tiers and will remain here for several days. As a result of the sub zero windchills, all Potter County Schools had a two-hour delay in the start of classes, while McKean County schools kept their regular schedules. The decision to start late was made just before 6:00 a.m. and while tomorrow’s conditions will be more of the same, school administrators have not yet announced their plans for Tuesday except for Northern Potter which announced this afternoon, a two hour delay for students tomorrow morning. However, teachers and staff are to report at the regular time

I'm not surprised McKean County has no delays - I only remember one delay in the entire time I went to school The 2 hour delay i remember was because of a few feet of snow that fell overnight not the temperature.
