HARRISBURG - Rep. Martin Causer (R-Turtlepoint) is inviting area seniors and their families to his Sixth Annual Senior Citizens Expo on Friday, Oct. 10, at the Roulette Fire Hall in Roulette.



The free event will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and lunch will be provided.



"Every year, more and more people attend my senior expos," Causer said. "Clearly, area seniors find them helpful, informative and fun, so much so that they are spreading the word to their friends and family members.



"I look forward to seeing some new faces as well as some familiar ones this year," he added.



State, county and local vendors will be on hand to distribute information and answer seniors' questions. Information about health care, insurance, nutrition and exercise, fire safety, financial planning, fraud protection, government services, hunting/fishing and personal safety will be available. Health screenings will also be offered, and door prizes will be awarded.
